Why use all 8 holes?
Board Block uses both truck footprints—all 8 factory holes—to support the deck at both ends instead of hanging it from a single point or using only two holes.
This keeps your deck straight and right where you want it, without leaning, rattling, or blowing in the breeze. Securing both ends also helps prevent warping, and because the deck is supported at both truck footprints, you're not locked into one position. Hang it vertically, horizontally, or at whatever angle looks right to you.
However you hang it, the 2.5″ spacing off the wall gives your deck that clean, floating look.

Great product. Delivered quickly and packaged nicely. The hardware is great in my opinion, especially the wall anchors. The pictures on the instructions were a bit small but managed to get through them. Even with that, easy installation. Would recommend and buy again for future boards.
